How and when did you get into estate agency?
In 2008 I moved to London and started working for a property investment firm. I really enjoyed working in a vibrant and the fast-paced environment and liaising with different people each day.
What’s your favourite thing about London?
The diversity, there’s an area of the city to suit everyone. It also never ceases to amaze me how we can drive or walk through London on our way to appointments and pass some of the worlds most iconic landmarks.
What do you love about your job?
I find it very rewarding to help people settle into their new home. Happy tenants make happy landlords!
What’s your top tip when renting out a property?
Ensuring your property is well looked after and maintained. Tenants will gravitate to properties where care has been taken to keep a property in good condition, and this will ultimately be reflected in how a tenant treats the property during their tenancy.
