1. Making an offer

Once you have seen a property that you like with us, you can make an offer over the phone or by email which we will submit to the landlord at the soonest possible opportunity. We’ll need to know some key information about your move and any requirements you have so that we can communicate all of the details to the landlord upfront.

2. Offer accepted

Once accepted we take a one week holding deposit to reserve* the property (*The reservation fee goes towards the first week's rent. It is also subject to satisfactory references and contract), and we send a welcome email explaining the next steps and what we require from you and attach various documents for your review. You will also need to fill out an online reference form with our referencing agency.

3. References passed

Once your references have passed we issue a tenancy agreement and collect your move-in monies in readiness for your move date.

4. Move-in day

On move-in day an inventory clerk will check you into the property and each tenant will be given a set of keys. You will also receive instructions on the management of your property and who to contact should there be any issues throughout your tenancy.

Then it’s time to enjoy your new home!
